Promoting Fellowship
- The Hospitality Team promotes fellowship throughout the church by connecting members with each other and encourage members to participate in ministry events.
Community Information
- The Hospitality Team provides information to church members as requested. This may include giving out general information, such as the church’s history, function, as well as satisfying more specific requests that members may have.
Events Calendar
- The Hospitality Team works with each ministry within the church to prepare and maintain a calendar of events. This calendar may be used when booking facility space as well as for keeping members abreast of ongoing church activities and Membership Classes.
Food Preparation
- When hosting events, members of the hospitality team are responsible for planning, setting up, executing and providing refreshments for attendees. For example; conferences, retreats, meetings, banquets, prayer breakfasts and funeral repasts.
